Joe Seipel* has more than 15 years of experience in the appraisal business. We have a proven track record of reducing time, effort and costs in managing the appraisal process.

Joe and Jean Seipel started Market Research Group in 1993.   Jake Seipel has a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser's license with a Washington credential.  Joe Seipel has appraisal credentials in Montana, Wisconsin, and Wyoming (General Certification in all three states).
