For appraisal assignments outside of Cascade County our fees are $50 to $150 higher than the quotes noted above due to travel distances from 90 miles to 500 miles in the ten county region we cover (our main office is in Great Falls in Cascade County, Montana)
Joe Seipel also has FHA and VA designations (fees for FHA and VA appraisals are similar to our regular fee schedule)
As Certified General we are qualified to do commercial appraisals
Fees for Commerical appraisals range from $500 to $1,000 for Limited Summary Appraisals to $1,500 or more for Full Self-Contained Commercial Appraisals (depending on requirements)
